We will be closed Saturday and Sunday, July 19-20, in order to host the CrossFit Running & Endurance Certification.
We will still be going to Fados tonight at 8. Not a birthday party though.

Hope to see ya later tonight! I learned a great deal today, but have ALOT of work to do on my form. Great meeting everyone! :) I am SPENT!!!
