CrossFit is, quite simply, a sport-the "sport of fitness."
We've learned that harnessing the natural camaraderie, competition, and fun of sport or game yields an intensity that cannot be matched by other means.

Apparently I need to work on my deadlift form, which suffers when doing multiple reps with less weight. Thanks, Brent and Dan, for correcting/coaching me! :) Keep it up!
Wow, kba, you are becoming my biggest fan! Thanks for the support! Are you gonna do that workout tonight? You are really strong, and I'm sure you'll be faster than me...:)
lol. No, today I am going to take a rest day. I did something similar once, I think 3 rounds 10 DL, 400m run, 50 wall ball. The run and second the wall ball got me, and I believe it took me 40 minutes or so.
