I did Saturdays workout (45 double unders, 45-135# cleans, 45 dips, and 45 double unders).
It was tough but not as bad as I thought it would be. I need to get better at double unders.

I did the same as BMW yesterday.... i agree, it wasn't a terrible workout but i definitely need to work on form on the squat cleans. I actually only did 80k to work on form.

Did "Karen" with 10# wallball..150 shots...10:05...had to do them outside, and throw the med ball against a telephone pole...still getting LOTS of stares from people driving by in cars...LOL! :)
Michael did this in 8:23, but of course he should've used a 20#....;)...
