Dan,
Your instruction on the deadlifts at ISF was awesome! I think everyone who attended learned a great deal. We hope to see you again.

Didn't get to post last night, but I did the 400M/50 squats x4 workout - 17:05.
Just shy of Ken's 9:05, had to stop and tie my shoe or I would've had him...Also my knees feel like an old lady today.

Today's WOD was much harder than expected. Dips were just about gone in the third round. They were the limiting factor.
I think did 6 rounds plus all the push-ups and 6 dips of the 7th round.
Working on about 9 hours of sleep in the last two nights. Gonna change that tonight though!!!

Can you guys post more photos of Jason Bourgeois and Mike shirtless - coz they are HOTT!

Wait, what? Seriously?
I did a double take when I read that.

Julie, 8 minutes to tie your shoe? :) I can imagine tying your shoe with one hand is a challenge. Next time, ask someone to tie your shoe so that you can beat Ken's time for sure.

Haha!! Nice!

Katie,
I'll trade for a picture of you shirtless.
Posted by: Jason Bourgeois | July 17, 2008 at 02:26 PM
Thanks Julie - but you gave me some time off! It was 9:50...so maybe you you would have had a little more time on the shoe tie than you thought.
today
9 rounds, 15 pushup, 6 dips.
I agree with Brent, Dips really started to go for me first. By round 2 I knew there would be a big problem..This morning I had 15 rounds in my head. Wow did I miss that mark.
And please post the picture Jason requests online for us all to share. No secret trading please.

Katie- I'm not sure who you are, but I can guarantee after we feed Mike shots all night you will have a pretty good chance of seeing him shirtless. Oh yeah, and you might see Mike G shirtless as well

4 rounds w/ 80#
I saw 3 different numbers as to the girls weight on this. So I just took the middle one. I had to resort to counting some ring negatives in the last round because my shoulders were absolutely destroyed.

4 rounds with 106#, plus 13 pushups.
Fado is probably my favorite bar in Buckhead, I'm very sad that I'm going to have to miss it!
