Workout of the Day
Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5 reps
Post loads to comments.
Notice
We will be closed Saturday and Sunday, July 19-20, in order to host the CrossFit Running & Endurance Certification.
If you need to workout this weekend please visit one of our friendly fellow CrossFit gyms in the close by: BTB, CrossFit Rx, CrossFit North Atlanta, or CrossFit Smyrna.
Also, we need 2 flat screen TV's during the seminar. We've just purchased one that will be used after the seminar to analyze Olympic lifting, running technique, etc., but we need to borrow another. Please contact Dan or Mike if you can loan us a 27" or larger TV for Sat & Sun.

Dan,
I have a TV you can borrow. I can bring it in tomorrow morning.

Rest day for me today. Yesterday Mike G made up a pretty interesting workout
5 rounds for time
250m row
15 front squats with 35lb dumbell each hand
15 push press with 35lb dumbell each hand
16:18
Anything with that many rounds of rowing is brutal.

Mike G, a day-late Happy Birthday to you!
I missed coming in yesterday, so tonight will probably be making up Monday's workout. I'll be shooting for Ken's 9:50, pretty sure I can beat him as well as I do on every other workout...

308
330
352
374(PR)
396(PR…again)
Took profile pics for these lifts to critique my form. Everything looked good until reps 4 and 5 @ 396. It went up, so I’m pleased.

Damon...You should try kilograms, they are heavier.
I was pretty beat up having done the previous three WOD's over the last two days on no sleep (damn All-Star game!).
Today's WOD...
130K x 5
140K x 5
150K x 5
155K x 5
160K x 5
That is about a 10K improvement over the last time I did a deadlift 5x5.
