First time visits are free. You'll get a introduction to CrossFit and a workout in a group of others new to CrossFit.
We have a special introductory session every Saturday at 9 AM. For this session you don't need an appointment. Just show up, ready to start on time.
Aside from the 9 AM Saturday session the free workout is only available during Session 1 of a Beginner Course. You will need to reserve a space for that.

or call 619-917-5100 for the afternoon course. You will get coaching in movements that are fundamental to CrossFit. You'll also get an explanation of what we do and why, and you'll get a workout. You will not get a sales pitch for a long term
contract.
After the 1st session you can discuss membership plans or daily rates if you want to do so.
