Brent Wenson is a Level 1 Certified CrossFit Trainer.  Brent became interested in Olympic weight lifting when he was exposed to it in his high school wrestling program. "At first I didn't understand why we were doing that style of lifting, but then I saw the results."    For about four years, Olympic lifting became Brent's sport.  But, after college, during the next 15 years, Brent drifted away from the old school training and toward the big box gyms.  "After a visit to the doctor for a physical I realized something had to change.  I was strong but I was also out of shape and  I was not healthy.  My blood pressure was high and my cholesterol levels were off the charts.  I decided it was time to revisit my youth and get back into Olympic style weight lifting.  After a short search on the Internet I discovered CrossFit.  I could not believe that a program like this existed."   Brent quickly dropped about 30 pounds while increasing his strength and overall fitness.  "CrossFit really does change your life, I know it has changed mine."
